Whole Wheat Flour, All-Purpose Flour, Buttermilk, Sugar, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Salt, Vanilla Extract

Baking Directions

Add:

  • 2% milk: 2 Tbsp
  • Egg, beaten: 1
  • Low-fat Vanilla Yogurt: 6 oz
  • Butter, melted: 2 Tbsp

Bake at 350°F for:

  • 12-14 minutes (mini cupcakes)
  • 15-18 minutes (regular cupcakes)

Makes: 30 mini cupcakes / 10 regular cupcakes
